Prologue: Manhunt

The phrase “sky is falling” used by President James Harrington in his speech to the nation four days earlier may have activated a sleeper cell.  In downtown L.A. precisely at 3pm, the office where MI6 field operatives based in the U.S. worked had been wiped out clean. Patrick O’Reilly barely managed to get out of the building before it exploded.

Later that evening, the President received a tape from a terrorist group known as Brothers of Shadows. The leader of Brothers of Shadows calls himself; “Unstoppable”.  On the tape, “Unstoppable” stated that he and his organization have in their possession the Souza virus. “Unstoppable” goes on to say; “there will come a day that America will not be able to forget and your people will suffer greatly”. Mr. President, you have the power to decide America’s fate before I unleash the Souza virus. My orders will be given to you directly in a few days, wait for my instructions. If Mr. President, you do not follow my orders to the letter; I assure you that there will be more repercussions of U.S. interests around the world.

Patrick O’Reilly, head of CTA (Counter Terrorism Agency) is leading this investigation and trying to neutralize Brothers of Shadows organization before further chaos erupts. The President has issued a directive that all branches of the federal government: CTA, FBI, CIA, Homeland Security, and NSA work together and share pertinent information. 

Homeland Security has raised the threat level to Red.  President James Harrington: “We must do everything in our power to stop Brothers of Shadows from destroying our great nation.” Patrick O’Reilly and his team at CTA have been working overtime to find the leader of Brothers of Shadows. It has been a very tedious and time-consuming task. But there is a small ray of hope; CTA has just confirmed who they are dealing with.  The leader of Brothers of Shadows is none other than, Sean Balitran. He is working with another fellow Eduardo Sanchez. How Eduardo Sanchez fits into this picture is still unclear?

Therefore, CTA and FBI will be forming an inter-agency partnership to bring Sean Balitran and his merry men hiding in shadows down. This partnership brings back an old friend "Ghost" who has been in deep undercover in L.A. working alongside CTA for the past 10 months on infiltrating Brothers of Shadows organization.
